These birds are called Starlings. They are gregarious birds and fly in flocks with synchronised, swift and graceful movement. The huge noicy flocks are called murmurations and can grow up to a million in number. Their motion is subject to much research. The remarkable thing about starling flocks is their fluidity of motion which is a collective effort with out a leader. Source.
